Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band based totally out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is top selling made out of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his adolescence buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), along side their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their song, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) thru his LiveJournal webpage. Impressed via the band, Wentz in my opinion met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band published their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 on the Billboard 200 album charts.
Featured in Spin mag as their band of the day in early October 2005, reaching #1 at the MySpace chart, and constantly staying in PureVolumes Top 10 chart, may best guide grow the bands fame. An appearance on MTVs TRL on January 17, 2006, at the most appropriate of their tune video for I Write Sins Not Tragedies, also helped garner the band a great deal publicity.
